The Pasadena-Altadena Chapter of the Links is one of 273 chapters located throughout the United States and internationally. It is committed to improving lives through programs of service.
In 2000, the Links established a charitable foundation to support educational and charitable activities for the benefit of the greater Pasadena community, the Pasadena Altadena Community Endowment Fund (PACEF). In 2007, PACEF made the bold decision to set a goal to raise $250,000 for a scholarship endowment fund. PACEF decided to partner with the Pasadena Community Foundation to manage the growing endowment. The Links manage the scholarship selection process. In February 2011, both groups gathered at the Women’s City Club to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of PACEF.
