Friends & Fellows Fund

For 71 years, Pasadena Community Foundation has partnered with donors and nonprofit organizations to address our community’s most pressing needs and to grow resources for its future needs.

Your Here for Good gift strengthens PCF’s grantmaking to local nonprofits and fosters a thriving and connected community.

By the end of 2024, PCF will award $2.5 million to more than 100 local nonprofits and scholarships to 135 students throughout the greater Pasadena area.

Here are just three examples of PCF’s grantmaking impact this year:

Homes for Transition Age Foster Youth

PCF partnered with First Place for Youth to create six new studio apartments for TAY who attend Pasadena City College.

Wildlife & Environmental Stewardship

PCF supported four organizations focused on wildlife and environmental stewardship with more than $50,000 in grant funding.

Stocking Food Pantry Shelves

PCF disbursed $125,000 to local food banks and pantries to address food insecurity in the Pasadena area.

Donors to the “Here for Good” Campaign will be recognized in the following ways:

PCF “Friends” are those who make a gift of $1 – $499. Friends are recognized on our website and annually in our publications.

PCF “Fellows” are those who make a gift of $500 or more. Fellows are recognized on our website and annually in our publications and invited to attend special events to honor the work of local nonprofit organizations.
