PCF Grant Funds Equipment Purchase and More for Pasadena Symphony

A world-class ensemble like the Pasadena Symphony Orchestra needs the right stage equipment to ensure a high quality music experience for the audience.  Broken stand hinges, lopsided legs, and faulty stand lights made it increasingly difficult for the musicians to deliver a high-quality music experience.  The symphony also wanted to install tri-lingual signage at their venues to make sure everyone in the community who attends the concerts knows where to go.

The Symphony applied to the Pasadena Community Foundation for a 2015 grant, and the Foundation responded with a $7,000 award. PCF has provided $220,000 in capital grants to the Pasadena Symphony Orchestra since 1955, helping ensure the people of Pasadena have access to the best possible musical experience.
