When Nancy Beckham passed away in March of 2007, Barbara and her sister, Patti Healy, wanted to do something to pay tribute to their mother. It seemed logical to further her legacy of a ministry to the hungry. So, they set up a fund at the Pasadena Community Foundation named the Nancy Nash Beckham Endowment for Hunger.

Recently, PCF celebrated our Endowment Builders, Legacy Society Members, and Foundation Fellows at our annual Legacy Luncheon. We were honored to present a video that shows the power of endowments like this one – both to honor a loved one and a create a powerful gift to the community.
