Impact Pasadena host Hoyt Hilsman (pictured above) interviews Pasadena Community Foundation President & CEO Jennifer DeVoll about the organization’s impact on the community. PCF, established in 1953 by Louis A. Webb, distributes grants to local nonprofits across multiple areas of interest such as arts and culture, education, environment, health, human services, and youth. In addition, the foundation establishes charitable endowments, invests and manages charitable assets, and partners with donors to aid their philanthropic goals.
