A Legacy of Service and Gratitude

Priscilla grew up in Pasadena and attended local public schools. After retiring as Director of Volunteers at Huntington Hospital, she became a volunteer at several nonprofit organizations in Pasadena. She also joined Pasadena Community Foundation’s Board and served as Chair for two years, 2022 and 2023.

Jim spent his career in investment management and used his significant financial expertise in service to various education and healthcare organizations. Jim remembers, “I fell in love with Pasadena 50 years ago while driving up Orange Grove to visit Priscilla, who lived in a home above the Rose Bowl.” Jim also served on the Pasadena Community Foundation Board for ten years.

“We chose to dedicate our endowment to healthcare as a way to support the work of the foundation in this vital area, and to say thank you for the benefits to our family over the years.”
