Senior Grants

PCF helps strengthen local organizations that address the well-being, dignity, and inclusion of aging residents in the Greater Pasadena area. One of the fastest-growing segments of the population, older adults often rely on community programs for access to healthcare, transportation, meals, and social engagement.

Overview

Senior Grants

The Senior Grant Program funds organizations and programs that serve the health and safety needs (broadly defined as nutrition, assistance with activities of daily living, and medical services) of older adults (age 65+). Special focus is given to residents who are mentally, physically, or economically frail or need assistance in aging well. PCF has a particular interest in home-bound seniors, a group that may be difficult to identify and/or connect with services.

Please note that this grant opportunity is by invitation only. Nonprofits not currently participating may contact PCF’s program department for more information.
