How to Give

Checks should be made payable to the Pasadena Community Foundation. If you are making a gift to a specific fund, please include the fund name in the memo line.

Credit card gifts can be made online on our website. Your transaction is secure, and you will receive an immediate tax acknowledgment letter.

To make a gift of stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other securities, or transfer cash, the wire instructions are below. Please note: A PCF staff member will call and verbally confirm wire instructions before sending any funds, using the phone numbers we have on file or by verifying them independently online. We will not rely on the contact information in email signatures.

Individuals age 70½ or older can make gifts directly from their IRA to the Pasadena Community Foundation to satisfy their required minimum distribution and avoid taxes on up to $100,000 per person.

PCF manages more than 400 named funds established by individuals, families, companies, and organizations to benefit specific causes or organizations. You can search for an existing charitable fund by name on our funds list to make a donation.
