Pasadena Community Foundation's Memorandum of Charitable Intent
Pasadena Community Foundation (PCF) works with you and your attorney to detail your charitable intentions via a Memorandum for Charitable Intent (MOCI). This “MOCI” specifies how you want PCF to handle your estate assets. Benefits include:
- Flexibility — The MOCI allows you to update your charitable intentions without amending your trust. It’s easy and fast,
saving you time and expense.
- Cause verses Charity — The MOCI allows you to designate a specific charity or cause(s) that align with your passions [education, the arts, animal welfare, etc.] as beneficiary.
